What’s the starting price of this popular prosthetic technology?
The reason why All-on-4 is widespread among patients is the fact that inserting 4 implant is sufficient to apply a full, fixed circle bridge. In certain cases, it also offers the possibility of immediate load capacity - thus, a temporary plastic dental arch bridge could be fixed on the implants right after the implantation. This may not always be practicable since it depends on the primary stability of the implants.
This is the reason why we’ve optionally shown the temporary bridge and the removable denture in the price list above.
Why is this solution advantageous for you?
In this procedure, 4 implants are inserted by our oral surgeon. The essence of this implant technology is the fact that the artificial roots are placed in a special position - thus, a single oral surgery is sufficient to fix a bridge per dental arch, even in case of an adverse bone supply. How is this achievable? The exact location of the implants are carefully planned - they are inserted where the jaw has the thickest bone structure. Providing that the primary stability of the implants are appropriate (it’s determined by the surgeon) your fixed denture may be ready in just a few days!
Another important component of the process is the individually designed superstructure, which safely and permanently bears the chewing force despite the relatively small amount of implants.

What is the practical implementation of All-on-4 in a few steps?
1. Consultation and preparation of the treatment plan
A consultation with the oral surgeon is necessary in each and every case before the treatment is started. Making a dental CT is equally important as well, since it helps to accurately specify the jaw volume. With all of the above, the surgical intervention can be precisely planned.
2. The surgical insertion of the implants
Following the precise surgical planning, our oral surgeon inserts all the four implants at once. Depending on how satisfactory is the primary stability of the implants, there’s a possibility that they become immediately loadable. The implant procedure is completely painless and made in local anaesthesia.
3. Temporary fixed denture and healing time
It’s possible that you can get a plastic, temporary dental bridge a few days after the surgery. On the other hand, if the doctor suggests to put load on the implant following the few weeks of recovery, you need to wear your existing removable denture during the healing period. Within a couple of weeks, the implants start to ossify and there’s a high level of possibility that they become loadable.
If you are allowed to immediately put load on the implant, you get a fixed prosthesis made of plastic. Typically, it’s suggested to replace this temporary denture to a permanent one after 6 months. Until then, you can already enjoy the experience of a stable bite.
4. Making dental impressions and creating / fixing the final denture
Following the healing period, we make an impression then the dental technician prepares the permanently fixed denture, customised only for you. The prosthesis is fixed with screws so that we can easily intervene without harming the denture if any adjustment needs arise later on.
