Full arch fixed implant supported bridge

Treating complete tooth loss using implants - the full arch fixed implant supported bridge

Providing that there’s adequate bone thickness and porosity, we can use dental implants to make up a full arch, fixed bridge for a patient with complete tooth loss. It’s a good choice when you don’t want to wear a removable denture at all - even if it’s a bar-retained or locator retained, implant supported prosthesis.

So the fundamental difference between the full arch implant bridge and the implant supported, removable denture is the number of implants.

How much does a full arch implant bridge cost?

Please note that depending on your individual characteristics, bone graft surgery and/or sinus lift might be necessary to install the implants and provide them adequate stability. In such a case, your dental specialist informs you regarding the expected recovery time and the possibilities of wearing temporary dentures during this period.

The above mentioned price summary does not include the possible extra costs of bone graft and sinus lift surgeries.

The full arch bridge that goes on the implants consists of metal-ceramic or zirconium crowns. The optional prices of these are shown in the list.

It’s not possible for you to have all the implants that is needed to get a full arch bridge?

In such a case, we suggest choosing the All-on-4 treatment, the bar-retained removable denture or the locator-retained, 2-implant supported denture:

Overdenture: a bar-retained, implant supported denture

Locator retained, 2-implant supported removable denture

All-On-4: full dental arch restoration using 4 implants

Under the following links, we explain the advantages of these treatments in detail while indicating the prices of specific versions. Personal consultation is always necessary to define the particular version that can be used particularly in your case, including the specialist’s suggestions.

You’ll get a quotation and a written treatment plan in each case.
